Extremely useful for beginners. Introduces the basic Hatha yoga practices along with the philosophy and principles behind. Whilst the cleansing techniques, flexibility exercises and asanas help you remove toxic substances, achieve flexibility and strength and make you feel lighter and energetic, pranyamas and meditation help your mind become stable, clear and concentrated if practiced regularly. 

You get a personalised yoga programme for your own practice once you have completed the course.
