An excellent course for everyone. The practices that you have learnt in the introductory course are extended and explained in more detail. In addition, more asanas, pranayamas, mudras, bandhas, and standard meditation and relaxation techniques are introduced. The main feature of this course is an Ayurvedic diagnosis of your personality based on your physical, mental, and emotional ways of being, which help you to select the right practices for you according to your basic constitution. A PERSONAL YOGA PRACTICE PROGRAM is given afterwards.
